It is on the border of Kolhapur and Sindhudurga district. Shivaji Maharaj captured this fort in 1659. It is 2600 feet in height. It has the facility of sweet, clean water due to the nearby lake. Also, the whole surrounding area can be viewed clearly from the fort. There is a temple called Ranganai Mandir.
